Stefan Glowacz
Stefan is a professional climber who competed worldwide from  1985 to 1993 (1. Place Rock Master 1987/88/92 / 2nd place 1993). After his competitive career, Stefan became fascinated with natural rock and focused his energy on expeditions, facing some of the most difficult walls in the world. In fall 2005, together with his partner Robert Jasper, the two climbers were finally able to take the north wall of  Cerro Murallòn in Patagonia after making two previous attempts.
Aside from climbing, Stefan has written three books and has starred in two films. In addition, he also holds lectures for the public as well as businesses where he describes living on the edge in order to inspire and motivate his audiences.

After being trained as a physical therapist in 1993, Ines left her home in east germany and moved for business reasons to Berchtesgaden, Germany. It was here that she discovered her passion for climbing and the mountains and in 2000 also gave birth to her greatest joy, her son Emanuel. In 2003, Ines secured her third worldcup win, beating out all of her competition with impressive wins in each discipline. To round off her accomplishments on ice, Ines also summited Symphonie de Libertè on the Eiger northwall in an unprecedented one day ascent.

The 33 year old mountaineer, is the first woman to summit an 8000 meter peak without the use of oxygen tanks. Even as a girl, Gerlinde was fascinated by the mountains using every possibility to climb or skitour. Her biggest dream, of summiting an 8000er, was fulfilled at the young age of 23 on Broad Peak in Pakistan.  In 2004, Gerlinde and her partner and friend Ralf Dujmovits, summited Annapurna I (8.091 m) and Gasherbrum I (8.068 m) in Karakorum.

Ralf, Director of AMICAL alpin, lives with his partner Gerlinde Kaltenbrunner in the black forest, Germany. He spends his time sport climbing, touring in the Alps or leading  expeditions.
Ralf has on his resumé, more than thirteen - 8000 meter peaks and became most famous after the live ascent of the Eiger north wall. With over 40 trekking tours in the Himalayas, Karakorum und many successful expeditions in Alaska and the Antarctic, Ralf belongs now to a small group of the most experienced guides in the world.

Flory is mountain guide (member IFMGA/VDBS) and director of the „Ski Berge Abendteuer“ Mountaineering School in Germany.  In the past few years, Flory has focused on the “Freeskiing” trend and has put on camps and trips in the most famous Freeride areas of the Alps as well as the farthest reaching Alp regions of Russia. On his trips there is also a strong concentration on spirit und style. Flory´s goal is to always discover the newest, most interesting areas and runs the world has to offer.
